Level of Practice of the Secondary Schools Male and Female Teachers in the Governorate of Al-Dawadmi of the Knowledge Management Processes A Field Study

Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent of practicing both male and female teachers of secondary schools in Dawadmi province the knowledge management processes and whether there was a statistically significant relationship between the study variable due to the sex variable .The sample of study consisted of 105 males and females teachers and study tools included a scale for knowledge management processes Prepared by the researcher, the study results indicated that the degree of the practice of male and female teachers in secondary schools for knowledge management processes body was weak, with an average (2.08), and a standard deviation (0.66) .The results also indicate that the more knowledge management practice was the process (knowledge store) where it came first among knowledge management processes in terms of the degree of practice with an average (2.51) and a standard deviation (0.84) and moderately exercise, while the rest of the processes of knowledge management was arranged in terms of the degree of practice are as follows:- Diagnosis of knowledge in the second place where the a average (2.23) and a standard deviation (0.80) with a weak degree of practice.- The acquisition of knowledge and generation in third place with a mean (2.10) and a standard deviation (0.71) with a weak degree of practice.- The distribution of knowledge and development in fourth place with a mean (2) and a standard deviation (0.75) with a weak degree of practice.- Application of knowledge in fifth place with a mean (1.92) and a standard deviation (0.73) with a weak degree of practice.The study found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the study sample due to the variable type responses.
