Abstract

AbstractApplying of Instructional package in Middle Technical University Rrrrrr Study conducted to distinguish the Instructional Package (IP) real usage and applying in Middle Technical University. A questionnaire was built up and distributed to 82 teachers of 9 institutes and colleges of the university.Rrrrrr The questionnaire contain many questions about the teachers’ belief in (IP) as a teaching method, and its application in teaching, the obstacles of implementation and the role of training in applying of (IP).Rrrrrr Results show that many teachers do not belief in (IP). Teachers show uncertainty in students’ ability for self-learning. Teachers assure the significance of training in (IP) implementation. On the other hand they assure that the deficiency of materials needed in their teaching method as an important issue. Lack of training about (IP) is an important issue. The huge curriculum is one of the important obstacles to (IP) application.
