Lyli E.Abdul Wadood A.Y.JassimColl. of Vet.Med./ Unive. of BasraAbstractBacterial culture of 100 milk samples of cows,73 of them with clinical mastitis and 27 apparently health showed that 92 milk samples have abacterial growth, six species and genus were isolated includes Staphylococcus aureus (%33.12), Streptococcus Spp.(%24.84), Escherichia coli (%12.88), Salmonella Spp. (%0.92) , Klebsiella Spp. (%1.84) , Fungi (%6.44) include(%80) and(%20) Candeda spp. and Aspergillus spp. respectively in clinical mastitis, and(%0.46) mixed infection. All these species and genus were mentioned in previous studies which pointed that this causes still the common causes of clinical and subclinical mastitis of cows. Antibiotic sensitivity test showed that Staph. aureus and Streptococcus Spp. were more sensitive for Erythromycin , Gentamycin and Neomycin, whereas, E.coli, Salmonella Spp. and Klebsiella Spp. were more sensitive for Chloramphenicol , Gentamycin and Kanamycin.
