Abstract

The basic idea of the research focused to identify the extent of the impact of information technology through its capabilities in the university education quality. The quality entered in all fields, including university education, which is one of the services that require quality excellence. The researches aimed review of the three types of special abilities in information technology (infrastructure capacity, human resource capacity, dynamic capacity), which can be reflected positively in the quality of university education. Where can classification these criteria to standards related to cadre of teaching at the university, and the standards for students, and standards relating to private management at the university. And formulation the research problem through a key question that "What are the implications of the information technology capabilities in the university education quality "?. And depending on the major research problem the search hypothesis has pointed to the presence of the reflection or positive impact of the information technology capabilities in the university education quality. He was relying on the questionnaire form to collect information on the field side of the search. Which is divided into two parts, the first private information technology capabilities, and the second part a private certified standards to measure the university education quality. And finally the research field represents at the College of Engineering / University of Kirkuk.
