Abstract

The study aims to determine the concept of administrative organization and analysis of the reality of the impact of the administrative regulation on administrative work UR public company. And to identify the regulatory problems facing administrative work at the company and provide appropriate solutions. To achieve this questionnaire was included (16) items design. The study sample consisted of (147) items was selected through a purposive sample, was found from the study that the Ur State Company has been keen on providing a typical administrative organization primarily concerned with the formal construction of the company and to coordinate actions in which, by using the power and authority established in the board of Directors, the company has worked to assess administrative her work in a range of regulatory procedures, which is on the basis of a regular basis, which helped to achieve the company's goals in general. The study concluded that good organization contributes to the harmonization of the various activities and organizational work of the Organization. The study recommends airing organizational culture downtown workers, and attention to evaluation and follow-up and development of methods and attention to proper organizational climate, which provides workers the right opportunities to apply new ideas and methods at work.
