Impact use of Groups Technique in Development Some Motor-Sense Perception Variables and Learning the Skills of Pass and Shoot in Handball and Keeping them

Abstract

The present research aims to identify the impact use of Groups technique in developing some perception variables of the motor- sense and learning the skills of pass and shoot ,in addition to know the best technique to keep the learning in the groups of the research sample .The researcher chooses experimental method for its suitable to the research nature. The research society is (180) students of second stage in the college of Physical education and Sport sciences – Diyala University with average (25-30 )students in each class. The research sample includes (A and B) classes out of (6) classes totally ,they are selected randomly . The research sample includes ( 40) students. While the sample of pilot experiments includes (20) students from (C class). The homogeneity between the two groups is applied to control the variables of age , length and weight . Then the equivalent between the two groups is used in learning the skills of Pass and Shoot in handball. The instructor follows the learning program of the college in managing and repeating the exercises with Groups technique in experimental group to develop the motor sense perception while he follows the Command technique in controlling group . The learning program has lasted (14 ) learning unit with (2) units a week .The time of learning unit was (90) second . Then the keeping test was applied after (21) days . The researcher uses statistical program (SPSS) to find out the research data .He concludes that the use of Groups technique is more effective in developing the motor –sense perception in learning the skills perception and learning the skills of pass and shoot in handball than Command technique He also proves that the Groups technique has advantages in keeping the skills of pass and shoot in handball as compared with the Command technique.
