Abstract

After the establishment of the Ayyubid state in Egypt and Levant (567 AH - 648 AH 1171 AD - 1250 AD) a new stage of Arab Islamic history began that the first aims was consolidated the factors of stability in the country and stand up to the challenges that threatened their state, especially the risk of the Crusaders who occupied several cities In the Levant. Ayyubids enabled to put an end to this risk, while at the same time the stability and internal peace prevailed the country under their rule, this position encouraged Arab families origin or non-Arab to transfer from the areas that grew up to Ayyubid ruling State, carrying their customs, traditions, literature and sciences. As soon, they were joined with the people of the country which came to it influential, affected and participated the people of that country in an incidents in the various aspects of political life, social,economic and intellectual, its people emerged in the political aspects as an intellectual aspect and they took an important administrative offices in the state as judges, scholars, writers and historians. The people of that families became an important in the Islamic State and a wonderful example to follow
