That period is the largest state in the political and military arena, Russia has collided with that state, Which was a big barrier between them and the realization of dreams, and the fact that Russia was aimed at access to warm water linking the East European West, was to enter into military confrontations with the Ottoman Empire to achieve that dream, so entered Russia in wars and military disputes of the Ottoman Empire However, the Ottoman Empire destroyed this vanity by winning the war of the Russians, although the war was not exploited by the Ottoman side, but it limited Russia's foreign aspirations and forced it to reconsider its foreign policy.
