Abstract

The current research aims to identify decision-making in the current research sample. And finding the differences of statistical significance in the decision-making in the current research sample according to the variables of sex, specialization and the school stage). The sample was selected from postgraduate students at the University of Baghdad for the academic year 2016-2017. The scale of Obiad was adopted in 2015, consisting of (21) paragraphs. The researchers extracted the statistical properties. The following statistical methods were used: Pearson correlation, Alpha-Cronbach correlation coefficient, trigonometry analysis). The results of the research show that the postgraduate students of the current research sample have a high degree of decision-making, there are no statistically significant differences in decision making according to the variables (gender, specialization, and stage). (Gender, specialization, and school stage) and their interactions other than sex were only a function, and the most important conclusions are that decision-making is influenced by social and family upbringing for the sex and is not affected by the school stage in the decision-making process (and the most prominent recommendations) ) And from The most prominent proposals (to conduct other studies dealing with decision-making other variables not addressed in the current research such as critical thinking and cognitive need and cognitive methods and compare the results of the current study results on the current research variables separately.ارجع
