The effect of speed type exercises in the development of rolling and scoring skills of the movement of football

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of speed exercises in the development of rolling and scoring skills from the movement of football, and to benefit from the use of these exercises in the field of training for football teams. The researchers used the experimental method in this study to suit the type of problem. The study included a sample of 16 players from the Maysan football team. The researchers used the means of collecting information and tests suitable for the research variables. The researchers also used the training curriculum prepared using various speed exercises (Speed of movement performance), speed of response (speed of endurance) and in different ways using a combination of physical (physical) exercises such as speed of rolling, speed of rolling and scoring, The training program was designed through the experience of the two researchers in the field of training as well as the training of the students in the field of training. By looking at the sources and previous studies. The researchers used the SPSS bag to process the results, and after presenting and analyzing the results, the researchers reached:1-The use of speed-type exercises has improved and developed in complex offensive skills (rolling, scoring, and running the ball) of football.2-The use of the proposed teaching program using speed exercises has positively influenced the development and development of complex offensive skills. The researchers recommended to benefit from the use of speed exercises and their types in the field of training, especially with the offensive skills compounded football
