The impact of a weight training curriculum on the level of the technical performance of the parallel device movements of young people Ammar (15-13)

Abstract

Sport training is part of a more extensive and comprehensive process, namely, the process of mathematical numbers. Both processes seek to achieve the highest attainable level of achievement. Mathematical training is generally one of the principles and principles for reaching the highest level of competition for any type of sports. To the progress of the individual level and sports training is a comprehensive process for the purposeful improvement in sports performance achieved through a planned program of numbers and competitions. The problem of the research lies in the researcher's observation that there is a weakness in the muscular strength of all types in the youth and the inability of the players to continue the series of performance in parallel so the researchers saw the study of this problem and reach the scientific facts through which the trainers benefit in planning the programs of numbers and training Gymnastic players in order to reach best level. The main objectives of the research were:1. Identify the impact of the training program on the weighting of the technical performance of the experimental and control groups. The most important research hypotheses represented the following:1. There are statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the results of the level of technical performance on the parallel machine and for the benefit of the experimental group.he researchers used the experimental method in the style of the two groups of tribal and remote tests to suit the nature of the research problem. The research community determined the young players who are trained in the specialized training center in the province of Dhi Qar. The sample consisted of (10) 100%). The random method was adopted in dividing the research sample. The researchers adopted the lottery method by dividing it into two experimental groups, the second one was a control and each group consisted of (5) players. The method used by the researchers was applied to the experimental group. The control group applied the approach followed by the trainer. The results of the researcher concluded that the following conclusions were reached:1. The results showed that the experimental group applying the weight training curriculum improved more than the control group in the level of technical performance in question.2. An improvement in the muscular strength of the research sample due to the use of weight exercises prepared by the researcher.
