Effect of taking vitamin E (B6) on enzyme (LDH) and improving some performancePhysical and skill variables for football players

Abstract

The importance of the research is to identify the type of food suitable to meet the shortage in the body of the athlete as a result of training, including eating some vitamins (E, B6) as food supplements and their role in the composition of energy appropriate and special for the athlete, which gives the performance of more athletic and streamlined and thus achieve the best performance.The research objectives were:1. Identify the effect of vitamin E (B6) on the enzyme (LDH) and improve some physical and cognitive variables of the research sample2 - Identify the differences between the research groups in the tests of tribal and remote physical and skill changes.The most important conclusions: Vitamin B6 (E) has a direct effect on the enzyme (LDH) and cause the condition of adaptation to the experimental group members at the level of the nervous system and this is due to the type of nature and type of training.The researcher recommended: Perform periodic recommendations on the players to know the ratios of vitamins in search and other vitamins to avoid the negative impact on sports performance
