Abstract

The research aims to identify the role of training in raising the production efficiency of workers in the sample of the workforce in the province of Sulaymaniyah banks represented by (the Tigris and Euphrates Bank and the Bank of Kurdistan), and has a research sample to 30 workers in these banks, and focused study on the key question that the problem (Do training role in raising the production efficiency of employees), and flowed from them study, which focused on the no correlation and the impact of the training and upgrading production efficiency for employees relationships hypothesis, and used the questionnaire as a key tool in data collection and analyzed by software package ready spss. 13, the study found a set of conclusions including:1.no significant correlation between the training and upgrading production efficiency of workers in the surveyed banks relationship.2.There is the influence of spirits between the training and upgrading production efficiency of workers in the surveyed banks relationship
