Closed identity of educational counselors

Abstract

The current search aims to identify:1-Closed identity of educational counselors2- the significance of differences in the closed identity of educational counselors according to the variable type (male – female) In order to achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher built the closed identity scale of the educational guides, which consisted of the final form of (20 paragraph, after completing the conditions of honesty and consistency and( (discrimination of paragraphs The coefficient of stability of the scale by retesting (0.75) For Kronbach (77.0). The research community consists of (1469) mentors and guides (508) educational guides and (961) educational guides and the sample was randomly selected to reach the number of members of the research sample (400) (160) educational guides and (240) educational guides. The research was based on the descriptive descriptive approach. In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher applied the closed identification scale to the research sample, and analyzed the data using the statistical file of social sciences in data processing (SPSS). The results showed that the educational counselors enjoyed N: Closed identity and males outweigh females in closed identity.
