Adjustment between Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational culture : Afield study in Mosul University

Abstract

Research aimed diagnose the level of Perceived Organizational Support, and extent it match with dominant style of Organizational culture in the University of Mosul. A questionnaire used for collecting data of applied framework, indeed analyzing (134) form, distribute on lecturer and employees who working in the colleges in Mosul University, hypothesizes of research focused in measure degree of match between Perceived Organizational Support meaning it dimensions with nature of dominant style of Organizational culture in the University of Mosul . For analyses data and tested hypothesis we used statistic tools such as Chi square for determinate degree of match between two variables .Research adopted analytical descriptive method because it describe existing phenomenon and it's explication, we conclude that level of Perceived Organizational Support was moderate relativity, research recommend from necessary attention of employees who working in the University of Mosul.
