Abstract

The origin of the executive powers in any country applies the judgments issued by the courts of this state, and does not apply judgments issued by foreign courts, However, the increase in private legal relations across borders and the need for international transactions and imposed by the principle of justice and respect for rights acquired abroad, All of which prompted States to accept the principle of the implementation of foreign judgments, but on terms established by the legislator in each country for the acceptance of granting foreign rule the executive force in the territory of that State, And that the subject of our research focuses on the international conventions first and on the effects of foreign judicial decision not associated with the decision of implementation.
