The formation of the work and its effectiveness in the performance of work groups

Abstract

Nurturing in work is a basic rule in any foundation seeking quality of performance, sustainability of activities and development of the style of work. It is considered one of the most important new trends in work by which workers acquire skills that are later reflected on the performance of work groups in the foundation especially that most developed countries adopted a variety of approaches that are reflected on the performance of work groups in the foundation. To affirm and continue the right values and standards resulting from human thinking and his scientific experiments and to give up some value which are longer suitable, some analysts and specialists in human resources development attempted to provide the models that invite us to identify the mechanisms of having successful alternative values and habits that show the specificity of harmonious cultural basic structure suitable for our societal culture which reinforce the cultural behaviours and believes in quality and effectiveness. This research deals with the elements of nurturing in work in values such as (work, time, technology, and the competitive value) which are samples of cultural and economic values as they are universal human values taken differently in their acquisition and teaching in foundations. Thus, the scope of their application on the ground and their explanation in reality in a daily behaviour varies This research aims at illustrating the importance of nurturing in work and its effectiveness on the performance of work groups from different aspects, and identifying whether the elements of nurturing in work are applied in our industrial foundations or not. The research consists of three sections. The first section deals with the theoretical part, meanwhile the second sections deals with the effectiveness of nurturing in work on the performance of work groups. The third section tackles the methodological part. Finally, the research ends with the findings of the research.
