Consistency as rhetorical achievement and an aesthetical description

Abstract

In this study, the researcher detected the term "consistency" as a rhetorical achievement and an aesthetical description that is fulfilled in a certain level of the technical and linguistic expression. The researcher detected the roots of the term epistemology, as it - though it was not known until the age of writing maturity in the linguistic study and especially the rhetorical and critical aspect - was known and can be observed in the creative literary texts since the pre Islamic era, and the critique experts were acquainted with it and we can find it in the poems of AlNabigha AlThubyani or mentioned in the scholars' concepts and opinions like AlKhaleel Ibn Ahmed AlFaraheedi.
