Analyzing the relationship of emotional intelligence to the strategy of empowering workers and their impact on organizational justice Analytical study of the views of a sample of faculty members in a number of faculties of Salahuddin University

Abstract

The aim of This research sought to determine the relation of emotional intelligence in particular its sub-dimensions of self-awareness, empathy and social skills on the strategy of empowering workers with the emphasis on the dimension of (sharing information, freedom, independence, and knowledge acquisition). Both of the variables are independent and their impact on organizational justice as positive variables. The importance of research is reflected reason this subject and variables were hypotheses testing that the researchers found no evidence of any practical research carried out in that field in any colleges or faculties of the Salahadin University. These hypotheses were possible answers to the questions posed in the research problem and included questions about the levels of each of the variables investigated as well as questions about the correlation and impact relationships between them. There fore, the aim of this research is to provide a conceptual framework for the variables and for that reason a questioner was developed and distributed among the Salahadin University lecturer and at the end (142) members of the teaching staff were collected as the sample of the study. A various descriptive statistical analysis was applied. The research finally concludes that the levels of organizational justice are increased by the level of emotional intelligence of the University lecturers and had the same positive impact on the level of the empowerment strategy of the individuals working at the University. The study recommends maintaining high levels of emotional intelligence will encourage the participation in decision-making also maintaining and enhancing the organizational justices in high level by applying a unified communication of instructions and directions to all the individuals working at Salahadin University with no exceptions.
