Abstract

Psychological is complementary to the skillful performance which is the main focus in team building. Therefore, it is necessary to be precise in performance and implementation in line with changes in plans and changing the law of the game which made the rhythm of game faster than before. Through the above of research lies in the recognition of self-confidence and its relationship to performance of skilled volleyball players to elite clubs according to their specialty. As for the research problem, through the researcher's knowledge of exercises and the curricula prepared for the players (the research sample), there was a lack of interest in psychological aspect during the preparation and preparation of units or curricula, which negatively affects the integration of training components in terms of psychological interdependence with other aspects of mobility, physical, It was the researcher's attempt here to study the aspect of the psychological impact is self-confidence and its relationship to the performance of skill and compare them volleyball players of elite clubs according to their specialization. The objectives of research: identify the differences in self-confidence among the volleyball players of elite clubs according to their specialty. The researcher used the descriptive method in the method of interrelationship to suit the nature of research problem. The researcher then determined the sample of research in a deliberate manner by elite clubs of Iraqi league distributed according to their specialties in the field. They participated in the Iraqi Super League Volleyball Championship. The fourth section includes the presentation of the results of self-confidence scale and performance tests, analysis and discussion, and researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which is: The sample showed a different level in performance tests between different disciplines in volleyball. There was a direct correlation between self-confidence and performance tests for volleyball players according to their specialty. The researcher recommended the need to conduct continuous courses for players in order to increase confidence in themselves and others because this is in the interest of achievement.
