The Status of executive Power in the parliamentary regime: comparative study

Abstract

The Situation of executive power differ from state to another on according to the political system, So this situation of executive power depend on the political system, the executive power plays a vital role in the parliamentary system from the oritcal side. But in the practical area we can see the breach of this system. And its principles. This because of the desire of legislators to create type of marriage between the principles of some systems, or this happened because of a factual circumstance surrounding some states.Faces to leave the principles of parliamentary system, so all that will affect on the position of the executive power and its relation with legislative power. In the parliamentary system the government should be have the confidence of the parliament, but when it loss this confidence, it should be out (resign), from another hand to prevent the parliament from domination, a government dissolve the parliament and call for new election. In this situation we will get the balance between two above powers. And each of them have the full power against another. The role of the head of state is limited and he provide the advice to the executive and legislative powers he doesn't have the real power, all decisions come from the prime minster with his signed, therefore, the head of state in the parliamentary system is not responsible because he doesn’t have the actual authority to exercise it, but there are some one who see that head of state has some authority on field of his work as a head and as a part of the executive power.
