تأثير تدريبات القوة المتزنة و اللامتزنة وفق المسافات المستهدفة للسرعة القصوى والإنجاز في الوثبة الثلاثية للمتقدمين

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the values of the distances targeted and the preparation of training according to the balanced and non –balanced and the maximum speed and distances targeted for the sample research ,as well as to Identify the impact of these exercises while assuming that there are differences of statistical significance between the tests tribal and remote in the values of maximum speed and completion of the tripartite triathlon, the tests were carried out during the main experiment on the two research groups during ( )training units in ( )weeks to the reality of ( )training modules in the week. Encompassing Sunday ,Tuesday and Thursday of each week were conducted tests to determine dimensions on the evolution of maximum speed by comparing the results of tribal and dimensionality tests. Researcher concluded that the strength training balanced according to the distance .The target contributed to the development of maximum speed and achievement ,also concluded the use of the means to assist in accordance with the specificities and performance requirements and the special training methods contributed to the research variables while the researcher recommended the necessity of using force training of the teams and not in jump and jump events and other sports game ,Among the activities of jumping and jumping their training within the criteria of the target distance.
