The Effect of Using Flip Classroom On Performing Straddle and Squat Vaults In Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Vault

Abstract

The study aimed at designing and preparing audio and visual lectures of squat and straddle vault skill performance in men’s artistic gymnastics vault as well as identifying the effect of using flip classroom in performing in men’s artistic gymnastics. The researchers used the experimental method. The subjects were (20) with one experimental group. The researcher conducted a main experiment using flip classroom with two teaching sessions per week for three months. The results of the study showed significant effect in pre and posttests in favor of using flip classroom in favor of the posttests
