Abstract

This current research aims to identify: -constructing a test of the core thinking skills of slow learners.-measuring the core thinking skills of slow learnersthe core thinking skills of the normal pupils measuring - - know the differences core thinking skills between the slow learners and the normal pupils The sample consisted of (100) pupils, half of them of normal pupils and the other half of slow learners from they have been chosen randomly from Baghdad from the Directorate General /Rusafa 3 constructing a test has been designed which has(40) items for the core thinking skills psychometric characteristics it has been ascertained from the reliability and validity of the test and the results have been as followsThe result showed:There are statistically significant differences between mean score of the sample this means that weak slow learners have poor core thinking skills There are statistically significant difference in the mean scores between normal and pupils slow pupils and showed that the normal ones have more core thinking skills slow pupils .
