The Effect of Using the Voice Laboratory in Developing the Skills of Recitation Among the Students of The Department of Quran Sciences and Islamic Education in The Subject of Recitation and Memorization

Abstract

Sound Lab is one of the important educational methods that have attracted the attention of researchers in the field of education because it provides learners with different fields of expertise in information and skills, as the learner acquires his diverse educational experiences by interacting with them with the senses, participation and practice of those experiences, so the researchers considered conducting this study to find a method Interesting educational, as a new formula in the teaching of recitation and memorization and to achieve the goal of the study, the researchers intentionally selected students of the Faculty of Education Girls Department of Sciences of the Koran and Islamic Education Phase II, as the Division (A) After the exclusion of the 3 repetitive female students and also because of their aging age, the sample size reached (68) female students evenly distributed on divisions (A) and (B). The following hypotheses:1- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of students of the experimental group who study the material of recitation and memorization in the laboratory of sound and the scores of students of the control group who study the same material in the usual way in the test after the achievement of the skills of recitation.2- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the average differences between the scores of the pre and posttests in the experimental group students who study the material of recitation and memorization in the laboratory of sound.3 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the average differences between the scores of pre and posttests in the control group students who study the material of recitation and memorization in the usual way. The researchers rewarded the two research groups in the following variables: (chronological age calculated in months, the average grades of recitation and memorization for the academic year 2017-2018, the academic achievement of parents, intelligence test) and the researchers prepared a test achievement consisting of (30) oral and written paragraphs and is characterized by the skills of recitation The three are: listening, aloud reading, silent reading. The researchers proved the validity and stability of the test items, the coefficients of difficulty and the power of discrimination from the exploratory sample. The pre-test was applied to the students of the research sample before the start of the experiment. After one of the researchers studied the research groups recitation and memorization in the first semester of the academic year 2018-2019, applied the post test On the research sample, which consists of several questions in order to determine whether there is a development in the skills of recitation among the students of the research sample, by analyzing the data obtained by researchers in their grades, where they extracted the average responses of students, and were treated using the test Loyalty (T-test) for two independent samples, testing Altaia (T-test) for two samples and interrelated in order to validate the hypothesis of zero, showed the following results:1 - There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who study the material recitation and memorization in the manner of the sound laboratory and the degrees of students of the control group who study the same material in the usual way in the achievement test after.2 - There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the average differences between the scores of pre and posttests in the experimental group students who study the material of recitation and memorization in the laboratory of sound. This means that there has been a development in the skills of recitation among the experimental group students.3- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the average differences between the pre- and post-test scores among the students of the control group who study the material recitation and memorization in the usual way, which means no development in the skills of recitation among the students of the control group. In the light of the results of the study, the researchers reached a number of conclusions:1- Working on a variety of teaching aids such as audio labs, pictures, posters and Islamic maps in teaching recitation and memorization of Quranic verses.2- Presenting the details of this method to the competent committees in the ministry to benefit in the preparation of appropriate curricula for students of Islamic education in the subject of recitation and memorization of the current study. To complement this research, the researchers suggested conducting a similar study on larger samples at different stages of study in the Islamic faculties in general and in the Faculty of Education for Human Sciences Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education in particular and for another gender or for both sexes.
