Abstract

Psychological security and its relation to the administrative performance of high school principals Summary: Those interested in education seek to renew the educational system and adopt modern educational trends constantly, and reconsider the structure of the educational system and its paths, philosophy, objectives, methods, specialties, methods of evaluation and management systems. And improve the programs of the colleges of education and training as they are the most important factors affecting the success of the learning process, because of the contribution of planning and identification of the objectives and the experiences and activities and the tasks of educational construction. But the teachers did not seek to prepare the teacher psychologically and to diagnose the factors affecting his balance and his sense of psychological security, which means that the teacher should prepare the professional, technical, functional, administrative, cultural, social and psychological to perform his role successfully, and in his ability to recognize the results of the events facing him. The influence of the principal on his school and his students is not limited to the information provided to them, His character leaves him as a model imitated by students.
