Abstract

Public Relations represent a permanent and constant communication process between the two parties two main institutions and the masses are dealing with, whether internal masses of the institution or external, both influential and affected at the same time, and then the public relations are dynamic and vital, continuity and potency between the parties and contribute to the work ethic at achieve this effective communication, as it is the work ethic in the public relations and media rules is very essential to maintain media institutions including satellite channels on communication with its audience and earned them and sustain communication and effectiveness, as well as to achieve a number of objectives that a non-these institutions to achieve them, it has reached most of the media studies to that public relations is a block trades of social Sciences, marked by continuity And use the scientific method to ensure the achievement of its goals with minimal effort and the shortest time and lowest cost And utilize Bmt_khaschin at different levels of qualified institutes and colleges specialized knowledge in order to ensure the continued understanding between the institutions and the public and check interdependence and cooperation among them, it means a training mission to prepare the masses and prepare them to accept the ideas and doing what is required of them, and so they use the means of communication and the various media and appropriate to achieve its goals, as well as scientific research, it is directed to all categories of the masses without discrimination or preference. And it is essential in all institutions and at different levels, including programs aspects of life in the different communities. The present study examines the bounds of the communicative relationship between the Arab satellite channels and their audience via the communication pattern of public relations as it chose researcher students of the Faculty of Information at the University of Baghdad to represent the public in the relationship and chose Iraqi affairs to determine the ethics addressed in these channels, the Iraqi issues formed an important focus in the news bulletins these channels because of its these issues from the continuous follow-up of the audience, especially after 2003, and came this study was to address an important issue regards the rules ethical public relations, media and the goals and values that touched respondents subject of study when applying these rules and the extent of public support of the students of the Faculty of Information, University of Baghdad, the availability of these rules and their impact on the audience gain confidence and credibility.
