Abstract

The problem of research in neglect is (Dimension Designing the Sustainability of the Product) has been greatly strengthened, which has negatively affected the limits of the level of its performance and competitiveness, and in order to address this problem and the research gap on dimensional tests, and to use them in providing appropriate information to support programs and strategic decisions with economic, environmental and social impact , To achieve certain competitive advantages. In order to achieve the objective of the research and test hypotheses, the General Company for the manufacture of cars and equipment / battery factory in Baghdad was chosen as a research limelight., its use of the concurrent engineering technology were presented., and the steps required to perform the implementation procedures of the model, and the division of engineering concurrent to four stages, each of which dealt with one dimension of concurrent geometry. A number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which were the following: The Economic Unit did not put in place a strategic map that was documented in a scientific manner by the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals, as well as some of the economic units of the Ministry which serve as the basis for future targeting of its objectives and activities. The application of the proposed model has proved to achieve a wide range of competitive advantages of the economic unit under consideration, namely reducing manufacturing costs, reducing time of product access to the market and increasing customer loyalty to the product.
