Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the relationship between perceived organisational support and the fields of the appropriate change in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and sought search to achieve a number of cognitive and practical goals and try out, among other recommendations to the ministry researched to help achieve the desired goals, and based on it was clarified find the relationship between the main and subsidiary variables through the formulation of some of the basic assumptions and subsidiary. Resolution has been adopted as a tool in data and information relating to research collection, and distributed to a sample of 68 employees in the departments of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which was the number (7) Chambers and analysis of research data were statistical use software ready (SPSS Virgin 16) and (Excel) the most important statistical tools used in the analysis are: "the percentage of recurrence, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, the link to the Spearman coefficient, simple linear regression" in the framework of the discussion of the results Search made a number of conclusions among which the perceived organizational support dimensions as shares in encourage employees to adopt behaviors of cooperation and participation, which made them more committed, and thus lead to increased performance and achievement of organizational effectiveness in a dynamic environment in which they operate, but with regard to the most important recommendations, it is necessary to use sources of perceived organizational support and increased attention to the application and implementation of the fields of change organizational among organizations through access to the experiences of developed countries and benefit from the best possible way.
