Abstract

The research aims to clarify the role of the integration strategy and its reflection to achieve organizational excellence to determine the appropriate design of modern organizations. The changes that have taken place in the world have shed light on the problems facing the traditional administration, which led to establish organizations with an integrated strategy that represents contemporary present and the foreseen future. It can achieve the highest level of excellence and contribute in its construction and sustainability, as well as the research has contain an analytical framework , show the views of selected sample of employees in the (Ministry of Higher Education, Department of Research and Administrative Development), the sample included (103) employees distributing in several administrative levels (department's managers, branches' managers, units' managers, and administrative staff). The use of the questionnaire as a main tool is designed to be based on international standards and in accordance with the Iraqi environment for the collection and processing of data and information and testing hypotheses using a number of appropriate statistical tools. In addition to the personal interviews, the research reached a set of conclusions, recommendations and these the R & D department has employed the integration strategy to promote further change in organizational excellence results were in line with the hypotheses.Key terms for research: integration strategy, backward integration, forward integration, organizational excellence, human resources, operations strategy, leadership.
