Abstract

1- Research Objective: The research seeks to uncover the dialectical relationship between man and cultural diversity in the construction of the civil state in Iraq.2- The subject and importance of research: Throughout history, Iraq has witnessed enormous challenges threatening civil peace, but this culture has always evoked its cultural construction.The Iraqi social structure has the same power to restore balance and stability if society is exposed to real dangers. As long as society can restore its equilibrium after every shake Which is what he can do today.Therefore, the study of the subject requires work and scientific effort from various disciplines, including sociology, in establishing the rules of dialogue to reach peaceful coexistence.Such action must be based on the scientific research principles in establishing scientific bases that do not know bias, it recognizes the principle Justice carried out by the countries and civilizations.That the circumstances experienced by the Iraqi society in the current stage of huge challenges, require the provision of a social vision of national dialogue and peaceful coexistence between various components of Iraqi society to cross the danger zone and the construction of a modern civil state, and on the basis of democratic work.3- Methodology of Research: The research will focus on the in-depth interviews with Iraqi individuals of different affiliations in Baghdad, as well as observing the behavior during the field, in order to obtain objective narrative information on the subject.
