Evaluation of the Performance of Spanish Language Teachers' according to International Standards in Faculty of Language-University of Baghdad

Abstract

The research aims to identify the availability of international standards among the Spanish language in the Faculty of Languages, University of Baghdad. The research was determined by the Spanish language instructors for the academic year( 2017-2018). The survey was based on the research questionnaire. The reasons for this are due to the lack of communication with the language and his people and the lack of courses And the development of language teachers and the lack of openness to international universities and did not subject professors to educational courses, especially in teaching methods. The research recommended: mandatory interaction with the language and speakers and the activation of summer coexistence programs with the language and the inclusion of teachers in the development courses and training on language skills in the cultural centers of embassies of the Spanish-speaking countries.
