Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship as well as the effect of the variables of the study In the role of elements of organizational culture in the practices of human resources management in the General Authority for irrigation and reclamation projects one of the formations of the Ministry of Water Resources in Iraq In this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method The study community was represented by the Board above, while the research sample included all levels of executive staff from administrative and technical staff, (70) employees and (66) forms were recovered from the total number of forms distributed (4) were excluded due to their lack of validity due to a lack of answers and information on them Thus, 62 valid and ready forms of statistical analysis have been adopted The researcher took advantage of the statistical methods adopted in the analysis of data within the statistical packages of social sciences (SPSS: V-24) and the Excel (V-2013) for the purpose of statistical analysis The results of the study showed a correlation and positive effect of statistical and moral significance among the elements of organizational culture and human resource management practices in the research body The researcher has made many recommendations which emphasized in its entirety the need to pay attention to and benefit from the elements of organizational culture that instill among its members the spirit of cooperation and hard work As well as their relationship and impact on the various functions and practices of the Organization's human resources management .Keywords: organizational culture, human resource management practices, human resources management
