Terrorists Children in Iraq Research about children of the ISIS fighters Between the reality of the security threat and human rights issues

Abstract

Research SummaryRepresented the era of the occupation of the gangs of the terrorist organization "isis" the threat of a setback for Iraq and the most serious threat to this national unity and historical existence. And Like any occupier, the hard-line organization had consequences for the provinces and areas it had dominated for a period of time. In addition to human destruction, history, infrastructure and demographic structure, there was another problem left behind by the unruly advocates of illegal marriages.How will these children be treated? They from the side of human rights, they must be protected, and they should not be harmed. On the other hand, they represent a future security threat to the homeland.In my research, and through three investigations, I tried to answer those questions and to reveal the question about these children. As follows: The first topic (a look at the human rights in the world and Iraq), which includes two demands (the human rights demand and achievement of the world) and the second (the situation of human rights in Iraq after 2003). The second topic (human rights / children in times of war and conflict) has two requirements as well: the first (the priority of national security on human rights), the second (children victims of terrorism and non-wise government policies). The third study (the reality of the children of the marriages of al-Dawash in Iraq) (The social and security conditions that created these marriages), the second (the fate of the children after the defeat of the organization in Iraq) and then the conclusion and recommendations.
