Abstract

The current research aims to identify the moral Reasoning of the educational guides, as well as to identify the significance of differences between the guides according to the variables (academic specialization, years of service, governorate) and for the purpose of achieving the research objectives adopted researcher scale (Jandil, 2014) to measure moral thinking, and the researcher verified the sincerity Measured by two indicators are virtual honesty through the presentation of the paragraphs of the questionnaire on a number of arbitrators in psychological counseling and psychological measurement, and the index of sincerity of construction by linking the paragraph to the total score, and the researcher verified the stability of the scale in a way re-test and reached (0.73) in addition to use with Dallah Alvakronbach reached (0.81) when applying paragraphs on the scale (50) Guide. The research sample reached (200) educational counselors chosen by random stratified method and analyzed the data using statistical bag of social sciences.First, the educational guides are characterized by moral thinking.Second: There are no statistically significant differences according to the variables, academic specialization, duration of service, and maintenance in addition to bilateral and triple interactions.According to the findings of the research, some recommendations and suggestions were made.
