Abstract

The Study Aimed To Verify The Effect Of Personal Traits In Psychological Empowerment Of Employees In The Directorate Of Baghdad Environment, Was Adopted Form Questionnaire As A Tool Head Of The Data Collection, And Reached The Same Study 51 Workers From Various People In The District, Was Adopted Descriptive Statistics In The Extraction Results, And The Most Important Findings Suggest The Presence Of Effect Of Personal Traits In Psychological Empowerment, And The Main Recommendations Are A Must On The Environment Directorate Of Baghdad Administration Employ A Personal Interest In Working Patterns Increased Psychological Empowerment Of Workers.
