Trends in school and middle school mathematics Madrsadtha in Iraq about the use of computers in learning mathematics assessments of students in the classroom

Abstract

Despite the advantages of hiring a computer in the processes of learning and classroom education, especially in mathematics, which contains a lot of abstract concepts, but it is noticeable reluctance of some teachers, if not most of them for use in education and employment grade. With many of its studies and research confirms that the trends toward the computer affecting its largely in use, so this study was to identify the trends of Teachers of Mathematics and Madrsadtha in the intermediate stage in Iraq about the use of computers in the process of teaching mathematics school classroom, as well as knowledge of the impact of each of Sex and the College in these directions.To achieve this goal, a researcher proprietary metric for the purposes of the study consisted of (28) paragraph, of which (15) paragraph is positive, as well as (13) paragraph is negative, and included each paragraph three levels to be measured, and given grades (1,2,3) of the paragraphs of the positive, while given paragraphs negative otherwise the distribution of these grades, and prepared instructions to answer the scale to include how to answer and give an idea about the purpose of it, and display the scale on a group of experts and professionals in the computer field and methods of teaching mathematics, measurement and evaluation to ensure that the development of its paragraphs, clarity and coverage of behavior to be measured, was to make sure the expense of sincerity and steadfastness became ready for application in final form after making some amendments to it, and applied to the study sample, consisting of (60) as a teacher and a school were chosen at random from the total school and middle school mathematics Madrsadtha in the province of Baghdad.After the correct answers and scoring each and every one of them, conducted statistical analyzes appropriate, such as circles calculations and standard deviations, percentages, and tests T for one sample and two independent samples t-test)) and analysis of variance Anova)), and the results were as follows:1 - The general trend of Teachers of Mathematics middle school and Madrsadtha positive about the use of computers in teaching mathematics assessments of students in the classroom, as the arithmetic average of the scores on a scale trends (55.56) the degree of (84) degrees, which represents (66, 14%), was adopted rate (50%) and higher than the total score to represent a positive trend and less than this degree to be a negative direction.2 - is equal all of the math teachers in middle school and Madrsadtha in their attitudes towards computer use in the classroom learning of mathematics, despite the obvious difference in the average grades for the benefit of teachers, as this difference is not statistically significant when relegated to the level of significance (0.05).3 - There's a difference statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of teachers and teachers on the scale of attitudes towards learning classroom use of computers and the variable colleges that graduated in, it was teachers and teachers who have graduated in science faculties the first prize, and came in second place Graduates of colleges of education, while graduates of teachers colleges was ranked third and last in their attitudes.By the researcher recommends the training of teachers and teachers in-service preparation and during the use of computers in classroom learning, providing educational programs for all school computerized functions of the Ministry of Education.
