تاثيرعقار الكلبنكلامايد Glibenclamide في بعض معاير الدم الوظيفية لمرضى داء السكرفي كربلاء

Abstract

The present study include the effect of the drug Glibenclamide which is used for patients complaining from insulin- independent diabetic patints.Some functional –blood standards for male and female diabetic patient who use different doses of th drug (5&10 Mg per day) for apriod of time ranging from 3years to 5 years were stadied.The blood standards ,they include hemoglobine level ,the WBC count the bleeding time and coagulating of blood and blood films.The sample used in experiment is classified into four groups due to patients age they are :-1-first group includes those patients whose ages ranging from 30 to 39 years.2-second group includes those patients whose ages ranging fro 40 to 49 years.3-the third group contains those patients whose ages ranging from 50 to 59 years.4-the fourth group consists of those patients whose ages surpassing 60 years.The results of the diabetic patients were compared with the control group which is classified to age –group that are similar to the experimental group .The resulte were :•The research shows that there is significant(p<0.05) increasing of the time of the bleeding with the male- users of 10mg/day for the first age –group of the females .however ,it shows also ,that the increasing can be found with the females users of 5mg from th third age group and the fourth age-group.•The research shows that there is significant(p<0.05)of the time of coagulating with the male –users of 5mg/day for the second and the third age-group .and the same results of increasing have been found with the females- users 10mg/day from the first ,the second and the third age –group. •The rate of hemoglobine has decreased at the sign (p<0.05) with the female users of 5mg/day for the fourth age –group .as for the dose 10mg/day it has reached the same results for the third and the fourth age-group .but such results are restricted to the females of the fourth age –group only.•As for he number of the white blood cells(wbc) ,it has decreased at the sign (p<0.05) when the dos 10 mg/day is used by the fourth male –age –group and the second –female age group•The blood films shows two cases : Anisocromia and Hypocromia
