Effect of lysine, methionine and its mixture Injection in broiler breeder eggs in physiological and immunological traits after hatching

Abstract

This experiment was aimed to investigate the effect of different level of lysine, methionine and its mixture injected in broiler breeder eggs in physiological and immunological traits after hatching. In this experiment used 600 Ross-308 broiler breeder eggs and included 4 ages in injection (0, 7, 14, 19 days), every age contained 5 treatments, the eggs were injected in the amniotic sac, as the following: (T1) control treatment (without injection), (T2) injected 0.1 ml sterilized distilled water, (T3) injected 5 mg lysine/0.1 ml distilled water, (T4) injected 5 mgmethionine/0.1 ml distilled water), (T5) injected mixture of lysine + methionine (2.5 + 2.5 mg/0.1 ml distilled water) , the results of blood examined for one day hatched chicks showed cant increases (p<0.01) in Hemoglobin concentration (Hb), total count of red blood cells (RBC) and white blood cells (WBC), Packed Cells Volume (PCV), Lymphocytes%, total proteins, globulins, albumins, in Newcastle and Gamboro diseases virus in blood serum. While reduced (p<0.01) in heterophil %, HL ratio, cholesterol, glucose, uric acid and creatinine concentrations in eggs injected with amino acids specially in lysine treatment as compared with other treatments (methionine, mixture of lysine and methionine, sterilized distilled water and the control), thus thethe results showed the eggs that injected at the age 19 were superior improve as compared with other ages (0, 7, 14 days).
