دراسة تأثير التبريد على خصائص القدرة الخارجة لمنظومة ليزر CO2 المستمر ذو التهيج الطولي

Abstract

The goal of this research is to study the cooling effect on parameters of continuous CO2, two cooling system had been used in CO2 laser system each of them include (chiller) type (HAAKECH) with capacity(1 ton)and other is(2 ton).We operate laser system with two and three stage include glass tube with different length (50, 60, 70 cm), the others optics had been used are front mirror ( ZnSe) with( 6*6 cm) and reflectivity ( R= 60%) , back mirror is gold coated with radius (5cm) and radius of curvature (r=10m) , (ZnSe) with (5cm).We note that when we use water for cooling the walls of discharge tube, temperature of gas is reduce and leads to increasing the output power from laser system.
