The justice standards in the judicial system of the international criminal

Abstract

The justice is a relative matter concerning human beings because the universal justice is in God’s ability, therefore the justice is not a human characteristic because the human beings are vulnerable to mistakes, but the human had orders from God to achieve justice, and here the role of the judiciary comes to recognition of rights, and achieve justice between the peoples especially in the framework of criminal judiciary. The features of the right to justice are cleared in many international and regional conventions.Based on the above and through a historical perspective on the progress of the International criminal jurisdiction, we have reached to indicators that reflect the international standards which divided into: -International standards - and judicial standards
