Effect of physical Education lesson on certain variables of respiratory circulation device , Non – aerobic ability and body mass and some physical fitness elements for second intermediate class pupils

Abstract

The current researcher aims to reveal the effect of physical Educationlesson on certain variables of respiratory circulation device , non-aerobicability , body mass and some physical fitness elements .Descriptive method was used . The sample consisted of total (53) studentsfalling in (7) pupils from each division chosen intentionally , andequivalence between groups was done in (age, weight, height)variables.The following statistical tools were used: mathematical means, standarddeviation, T-test.The researchers found out that:1- physical education lessons make improvement in heart beat rate.2- physical education lessons increases breathing times.3- physical education lessons affect non-aerobic ability and mass.4- physical education lessons affect certain physical fitness elements.The Researchers recommend:1-The necessity of lessening physical education lesson contentaccording to physicaloyical training basics coincided with age of thepupils.2- The necessity of introducing elements of physical fitness asvariable and observing its development.3-The necessity of initiating similar studies dealing with the content ofphysical education lesson regarding the idea of developing physicaland functional fitness level for different organs and devices of thebody.
