Thaer Hassan RashidResearch SummaryIs the first year of study at the university a difficult challenge for most students, being in transition from school life to university life, and is adapting to university life is a prerequisite for the success of students and their continued study.As a result of inherited habits and conditions prevailing social and religious beliefs, women are still suffering from lack of appreciation of the community to its potential, which reflects the impact on the lack of adaptation to the medium in which they exist.Experimental method was adopted with a design of the two groups Almtkavitin on a sample of (30) students were selected after applying the scale to adapt to university life and their access to lower score then divided into two groups, experimental and controls.They found several conclusions of the most important need of the students the urgent extension programs that contribute to solving their problems psychological, educational and social, as well as the impact of sports activities selected in the discharge emotional for the students, as well as the existence of significant differences for the test dimensional for the experimental group, also gave the researchers some recommendations and suggestions most important the need to open a pilot center at the Faculty of Physical Education of its importance and effectiveness of the program and the application of the faculties of other functions.
