إستخدام تحليل الترابط لدراسة تأثير المعاملات الحرارية على الخواص الميكانيكية للفولاذ واطئ الكروم

Abstract

An importance of this research is that it using a material was used only in militarism applications ,so the mechanical properties was measured for this material to study conjunction analysis between them to compare with other types of steels for using in civil applications . Several types of heat treatment were done on low-chromium alloying steel type (40X) consist of (1.07% Cr) with (0.4% C) which includes : full annealing, hardening, and tempering and obtain mechanical properties before and after each heat treatment and these properties are : tensile strength , hardness , elongation , and reduction in area . conjunction analysis method was used to study and estimate the relation between above mechanical properties , where we find positive relation between tensile strength and hardness also there is a positive relation between elongation and reduction in area as illustrated in the diagrams .
