أبن تيمية ودعـوى أقتباس الشيعة من المعتزلة ( ت 728 هـ / 1328 م )

Abstract

Al-Sheikh Ibn Taimiya (died 728AH/1328AD) is regarded one of the biggest and the most famous Hanbali sheikhs who emerged on the Islamic though arena at the 7 AH/13 AD century in jurisprudence, Hadith, commentary and speech… etc. In his compiles, he circulated the Shiite quoting from Al-Mu'tazila in the issues of speech science and the mental vision, following in that the impact of Al-Asha'ira sheikhs like Abi Al-Hasan Al-Ashaari and Al-Shahristani –without examination or detection- who in turn quoted this claim from the sheikhs of Al-I'tizal with no proof or evidence proving that. Through the study it was obvious that this claim was groundless and invalid, for Al-Mu'tazila was far from the Shiite in many of their beliefs and intellectual commitments, the small rate of Al-Tashayu' to Al-I'tizal as well as taking the thoughts from the wrong origin and the non-cognition, or the scarcity of religion and the malevolent purpose. Most of what Al-Mu'tazila agreed on was refused by the Shiite as the contrary of most of what the Shiite agreed on and Al-Mu'tazila did not follow it. As to their agreement in some beliefs like the beliefs of unification and justice, this did not justify the accusation of each other for they took these beliefs from one source, i.e. the speeches and sayings of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (Peace be upon him). The Shiite since their beginning were tracing the impact of their Imams in the origins and branches, they were not the heirs of Al-Mu'tazila, but rather Al-Mu'tazila took the origins and fundamentals of its mazhab from the Imams of Prophet Mohammed's Family (Peace be upon them).
