Influence addition hydrated Alfalfa to layers ration in some characteristic eggs quality at ages advance

Abstract

The present study was carried out at the poultry farm of animal resources department , college of Agriculture , university of Kufa , during 15/10 ─ 15 /12 2009 , to investigate affected addition different The present study was carried out at the poultry farm of animal resources department , college of Agriculture , university of Kufa , during 15/10 ─ 15 /12 2009 , to investigate affected addition different level of hydrated Alfalfa to layers ration ISA BROWN for improved some characteristic eggs quality at final period . Usage sixty layers whose seventy weeks old, were equally divided randomly into three treatments ,two replicated per treatment (10hens/replicate).This experiment were included; T1 as control (without any addition ) ,T2 and T3 added 6,10 % of hydrated Alfalfa respectively .Depended two weeks as adaptation for all hens per ─ experiment period .Eggs weight and some characteristic egg quality were studied as high yolk ,high albumin as well as your weight and percentage ,yolk index ,Hugh Unit ,shell weight ,shell thickness. Experiment data indicated that the addition 10% of hydrated Alfalfa to layers ration resulted signification improvement in eggs weight and in characteristic yolk, albumin, shell, comparison with anther treatments .Results revealed that was superior account for T2 compared with T1 in some characteristic. level of hydrated Alfalfa to layers ration ISA BROWN for improved some characteristic eggs quality at final period .
