EFFECT OF PROBIOTIC, VITAMIN E AND THEIR COMBINATION ON SOME IMMUNOLOGICAL, BIOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS AND MICROBIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF CARCASS FOR BROILERS UNDER HEAT STRESS CONDITIONS AFTER VACCINATED WITH NEWCASTLE VACCINE.

Abstract

Abstract :This study was carried out at Akad secondary school, located in thiQar governorate during aperiod from 22-2-2010 to 11-4-2010 . to evaluate the effect of probiotic (biomin Imbo), vitamin E ( α tochopheral acetate ) and their combination on some immunonological (antibody titre against Newcastle virus, relative weight of bursa of fabricia and the ratio between Heterophile(H) / lymphocytes(L) cells), biochemical ( Total protein, albumin and globulin ) parameters and microbiological parameters of carcass ( Total count aerobic bacteria, coliform bacteri, staphylococcus and salmonella bacteria. Atotal of (300) one day old unsexed Hubbard classic chicks were used in this study. The chicks were distributed randomly into four equal groups (75) chicks per each group with three replicates (25) chicks per each as below:1- First treatment group (control ) :- Fed basal diet with out any addition2-Second treatment group (probiotic group):-Fed the same basal diet suppleented with (1g probiotic per kg feed).3-Third treatment group (vitamin E group): Fed the same basal diet supplemented with (250 mg vitamin E per kg Feed4- Fourth treatment group (combined group):- Fed the same basal diet supplemented with mixture of (vitamin E and probiotic) (250 mg vitamin E and 1g probiotic per kg feed ).The chicks for each group were weighed individually and the average weight of one day old chicks was (46) gm. The chicks were reared under the same conditions.Feed and water available adlibitum. The chicks were exposed.to rotational heat stress and the terperature was (32± 2)cº during the period from morning (6) hour to evening (6 hour ).The results showed that addition vitamin E to the diet of Treatments (T3 and T4) apt to be a significant increasing (P<0.05) in level of antibodies titre against virus of New castle disease, particularly in the age of 49 day beside increasing in the relative weight of bursa fabricia. Also the results revealed that a significant (P<0.05) improvement in treatment groups(T2,T3,T4 and T4) where decrease the ratio of heterophil, lymphocyte cell (H/L). and show increase in blood serum globulin concentration for treatment, ( T3 and T4) as compared to treatment groups (T1 and T2).Also the results recorded decrease in atotal count of aerobic bacteria , coliform bacteria and decrease in PH value of treatment groups (T2 and T4) as compared to treatment group (T1 and T3).
