Abstract

The Organizations take the principle of change, and to the extent that it leads to examine their wishes and discover their contents, Knowing all the aspects of change and trying to change it may be one of these contents. So the importance of change was decribed by the spirit of renewing and the fixing of development and the ability of challengers to the future. This means that the Scientific Change needs a strong desire and never stopped by any limitations. It is true that change is obstinate and it is opposed by resistance which is sometimes stopped by this resistance, but at the same time it is imposed and inevitable. So it is important for the organizations to undertake this principle and to lead it despite the difficulties and the size of sacrifices depending on the idea ' You canot gain without losses ' . Therefore the organization must take the opportunity of change to develop and go with the principles of these who are not hindered and stopped by the unknown, but with the ideas of these who go deep in this principle and who seize the opportunities in a logical and scientific vision. Thus came the indication to the importance of scientific change being the ' core ' of other kinds of change. Scientific change is the guide and the leader to all aspects of life however is strength of the resistant and however logic is the subject of change, they remain hopless unless supported by science and knowledge which pushes it ahead.
