EFFECT OF USING ANAEROBIC POWER WITH PROPOSED INTENSITIES ON SOME PHYSICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL VARIABLES FOR PLAYERS OF VOLLEYBALL

Abstract

The aims of the study :1-Revealing the significance of differences between the two pre and post tests for the two experimental groups for physical and physiological variables .2-Revealing the significance of differences in post test between the two groups for physical and physiological variables .- Experimental method was used for its suitability to the nature of the study . Sample of the study consisted of (14) players from Qaraqosh sport club between the ages of (15-16) years which divided randomly by (Lot) into two equal groups in as much as (7) players for each group.-Equivalence between the two groups was attained regarding the variables of the research . -The researchers put two training programs , one of them for the first group which used between (50-65%) of the maximum value of intensity and the second used between(65- 80%) of the maximum value of intensity , for a period of (8) weeks for each group .- The researchers has used the following statistical means , arithmetic mean , standard deviation and T-test for paired and unpaired samples .- The researchers has attained the following conclusions:1- The anaerobic power training with proposed intensity between (50-65%) has shown a positive effect in developing the maximum strength of the arms and legs , Explosive power of the legs and Explosive strength of the arms and legs.2-The anaerobic power training with proposed intensity between(65-80%) has shown a positive effect in developing the maximum strength of the arms , Explosive power of the arms and legs and Explosive strength of the legs.3-The first group was superior than the second in maximum strength.4-The anaerobic power training with proposed intensities has shown a positive effect in decrease the heart rate for both groups.
