A comparative study of some physiological variables to play football lines

Abstract

The researcher used the device (Fit mate pro) by Bruce test on the device (Tradmail) to define some Physiological changes in the players body which related to breathing system and they are : (FeO2 , HR , RF , Vo2max) for every position in playing lines for Diala Club players who participated in the games of 2013 . The researcher was able to make the tests in the special laboratory of physical Education College / University of Diala with agreement of the administration board of the Club and the College . The sample of research included (19) players in three groups , (5) players for the defense line , (5) players for the attack line and (9) players for the middle line . The researcher used the descriptive course by the style of (Comparison Study) to fit the nature of the research , and through the statistical means . The results showed that the players of the middle line (group3) was the most capability in the changes of the research related to the breathing system and then came the attack line (group2) and in the last came the defense line (group1) and that was because the middle line depends on the Airy energy system due to the conditions of playing which requires the players of middle line to go forward to support the attack players when the team is attacking and also go backward when the team is defending . So the middle line player is working to link between the attack and the defense and he runs for longer distance in the game than the attack and defense players , then the attack line player who depends on energy system which may be often non Airy system as a result of rushing and running for short distances with highest speed as well as the defense line
